All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. All products sold by Pure Labs Research are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not approved for human or veterinary use.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Clear photos of the product and its condition
- Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging
- Your order number and a description of the issue
Once verified, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
- Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
- Pure Labs Research is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

No refunds will be issued on the basis of misuse, mishandling, or use outside of a legitimate laboratory research context.
